Busyness, scheduling, and Camp NaNoWriMo

The last few months have been busy, to say the least.  Some weeks I think I'm settling into a manageable routine with freelancing and juggling my other things (babysitting, the barn, etc.) effectively, and other weeks I feel like I'm scrambling just to stay afloat.

I'm thinking I'll need to set some limits on things going forward, such as how much time I allow babysitting to take from my freelance hours on any given week.  I also need to finish unpacking (yes, I still have some things that I have yet to unpack!) and get a few other projects done so that I can focus more on freelancing.  I'm not very good about juggling too many things at once, I'm afraid!

Speaking of juggling multiple things at once... This month is Camp NaNoWriMo.

I'm eager to work on fiction again, after the fun of AnomalyCon the last weekend in March.  AnomalyCon always gets me excited about writing, and this year I've decided I'm going to get back to work on Ruby Ransome, my 1920s vampire series.  I haven't worked on it for a couple years at this point, I think, and it'll be good to make progress on it again.  My goal for Camp NaNo isn't very high, only 10,000 words for the month, but the real goal is simply to revive the old project, stretch those muscles, and pick up the cold trail of what I had been working on at the time.

Is anyone else doing Camp NaNoWriMo?  If so, what are your goals for the month?
