Writing requires an analytical mind, but a good writer is also a creative one. In addition to creating original pieces of fiction and creative nonfiction, I also provide ghostwriting services.

• Honorable Mention in the 2003 Writer's Digest Writing Competition, Inspirational Category
  Although the Honorable Mention for my creative nonfiction piece, "A Meeting of Chance," did not lead to its publication, it was the first time my writing was publicly recognized.
• "The Face Behind the Mask"
  This piece on Halloween-Mask.com demonstrates my ability to tailor fiction to a specific request.
• "Pink Empowerment"
  This short story, which I wrote in the spring of 2004, was published for the first time in a small singles paper in Washington, D.C. Because I hope to republish the story, a scan of this clip is available by request only.
